Warranty Policy

TOMY products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of install.
This warranty, under normal use of the product, allows the waiver of servicing and replacement parts charges for one year.
TOMY will not honor any other warranty given by the authorized Distributor which is different from the warranty given by TOMY.

If the following take place, this warranty is void and the service and parts fees will be charged to you:
The warranty registration is not submitted to TOMY within 10 days of receiving the product.
The warranty registration is submitted with incomplete information.
Notification to TOMY or to its Authorized Distributor of product malfunction or defect is not made within five days of occurrence.
Inappropriate handling of the unit during transportation.
Use of the product other than as described in the product operation manual.
Units that have been modified or disassembled.
Damage to the unit resulting from acts of nature, theft, accident, misuse, and/or tampering.
Service by unauthorized service agents or personnel.
Damage due from the use of accessories that are not manufactured or supplied by TOMY.
